Flonase, but try to use a saline based as much as you can.

update, Flonase is life altering 
Staggered Claritin, Zyrtec, and Flonase and allergies are all but gone.
Also did a vapor tablet in a steam shower last night and holy shite that was awesome. Might do that year round.

Take Claritin in the morning and Zyrtec at night.
