Charlotte NC is a pretty big town.

Greenville , SC is an 1.75 mile drive from Atlanta. 2 with bad traffic.

You can get good deals right now in these areas especially if you are a cash buyer there is higher inventory than normal as demand has slowed since rising interest rates. Can’t go wrong with any of them.

The drug problem in Waynesville is getting out of control. Crazy violence in that area recently.

Interesting, I've seen the property and was amazed when he told me how they plan on building up the side of the hill. I was there in Oct of 22 and they were supposed to be close to starting then. The next time I saw him he told me it was on hold, I figured it was rates. Is the tackle/outdoor shop on the property still open?
