Just make sure they do not break your home button cable. First thing you need to ask is what is there policy if they break your home button. Apple has made it where you can’t replace the home button unless it’s an Apple Store. The cable is razor thin and breaks really easy. They did this to shut down shops fixing iPhones and getting customers to go to Apple stores.

I used phonedoc on Perkins a few months ago. They did a good job and took about an hour. It was a 7+ though.

I’ve used Phone CPR off corporate and they have been fast and done quality work. I highly recommend their lifetime warranty screen deal

There is a place on Sherwood. If you are going East on I-12, you take the Sherwood exit and go South. I guess that's south. You exit and go right. And there is a place between the I-12 and a street called Westfork Dr.

It use to be named I-Repair or something like that.. But I see on the map it shows a place now named Wise Communications.

The one time I went there it was a young couple running it. I got my iphone wet or something and I brought it there just to see before I bought a new phone. They couldn't fix it, but the guy replaced something so that when the Apple store looked at it, it would be able to be covered under warranty.

The wife was cool as hell. Like I said, I am not sure if they still run it or if they were bought out or what, but I would give them a try.

With that said, you are going to pay around the same amount no matter where you go (a little over $100) so I would just go to the Apple store and let them do it. Don't try to do it yourself. I know someone who did and had success with it, but he said next time he is just going to pay to get someone else to do it because it is easy to frick up.

Have Apple do it.

I went to one of these Dr. cell phone places and my screen never really worked right.

Some of you guys should start investing in waterproof/shockproof cases.

This. I brought my wife's iPad to one of these places, and after spending a few hundred dollars, get it back and the thing is still fricked up.

Ended up just buying a new one, and wished I could have used that few hundred dollars spent on worthless repair to have used on the new one.
