Dodgeball obviously wins out. However, I was all state in a game called Volley Tennis. Four or Five people on each side of a tennis court, ball could bounce once, hell of a lot of fun.
I used to get irrate when we had to do that stupid arse square dancing unit. Hated that shite.

Team Dodge ball easily
Smashing the Asian girls in the face that refused to do anything but move side to side was a nice feeling. Also smoking those annoying chicks that did nothing but bitch about having to play in the first place..man that was great
Also Pickleball was fun as hell. Paddle and some wiffle balls. Was basically tennis but you could put some serious spin on the ball

dodgeball, and danish rounders/mat ball were the funnest because they were competitive games where the playing field was relatively even and shitty athletes didn't ruin the game.
Flag Football, Handball, and Basketball were also good, but in a PE class where everyone had to play, you were bound to have some fricking retards on your team who don't know how to play organized team sports to save their life.
parachute was kinda cool for like 5 seconds but not really fun at all... it isn't competitive and doesn't require athleticism at all so if that was your favorite game then you are kinda a fig

It got banned at my school because some parents started getting pissed that their unathletic kids were going home with bruises on their backs. We did not have the "face forward and risk a shot to the nuts" rule...that's just crazy talk.

Battleball on indoor basketball court that doubled as a Volleyball court. So we had half court line, blue line, three point line, free throw line, blue line and baseline.
Ref would call out different lines that you could move to including baseline. Which put us about 3-4 feet between a wall and the person hurling the ball at you.
