Best iPhone Case

I'm hell on screens. I've tried otterbox and lifeproof. I'm currently using a LOVEMEI case. It's heavy duty but it kills your signal and weighs a ton. Need some options. Thanks!

I'm in the same boat. Have a 5s. Lifeproof worked well
Finally gave up the ghost and I didn't want to spend another hundred bucks on one. I have a Joopapa I bought last week, but it has a screen protector that if any water gets under it renders the touchscreen damn near inoperable.
It did survive a 15' drop onto a steel plate today though.

Know one could ever hear me when I had the lifeproof case.

Lifeproof (Nude edition) and INEC

I need something super heavy duty. I'm rough on phones.

Slammed mine down on a wooden desk. Another broke screen with the otter box . Had to replace screen for the second time in 10 months.
Like you maybe I need to be more careful.

Get a tech 21 case
All I will ever buy for iphones now. Not too bulky, it's very light, and you can easily take out of your pocket. I've dropped my phone hundreds of times and not a single crack. I was sold on it the moment the guy working at the apple store suggested it to me and to show how durable they were, he let me throw his phone (with that case on it) on the ground as hard as I could to show it wouldn't break

How does it work if water gets on it?
Posted on 10/7/15 at 7:21 pm to fr33manator
It's not water resistant at all

I've brook my screen 3 times in 2 weeks. Like I said... I'm hell on phones.
I'll check out the tech 21 case.

She's a nurse. You're probably in a lot more (physically) strenuous environment than her.
What are you looking for in a case?

I'm clumsy as hell though. I think I drop my phone at least twice a day(if not more)
Had my current phone over 2 years....not a scratch or crack

I use an Urban Armor Gear Case UAG Aero
I also bought a glass screen protector for ~$10 on Amazon. You can buy them at most stores for closer to $40, but it seems to do the job. It sticks on over your screen, and doesn't feel grippy like a plastic screen protector. While it is durable and scratch resistant, keep in mind that it is designed to break before your screen does. I had an Otterbox Defender on my iPhone 5. While it was a brick of protection, the built in screen protector left small scratches all over my screen as dust got trapped inbetween.

I mean if you are looking for waterproof and dustproof.... it is the only way to go. The only bad thing about it is that it isn't very good with dropping/jarring. Since its mostly plastic there isnt much cushion for fall protection.

Like I said, 15' drop today onto steel plate. I think the one I have now is made of aircraft aluminum or something and has 16 screws to keep it together.
Well, down to 11 screws as of this post. And it's hard as hell to take off
If moisture gets under the screen (due to the screws)

Merit waterproof iPhone case
Pretty much EXACTLY like Lifeproof (in fact I'm surprised they haven't been sued) but for $30
I've had it since February without any problems. I've dropped it several times, submerged it in the pool, my kids have gone at it, and my phone always comes out perfect
Trust me. I've had Lifeproof in the past and this is just as good if not better for about $50 less
