I match your 12 hours and counter with 26 hours of flights and layovers. I’m in Atlanta now waiting for my final leg then an hour drive to paydirt. I left my 35s on for 11 hours straight and the battery is still at 80%.

Update on my 35ii. My 17 month old son tossed them in a full bathtub after less than 2 weeks of ownership. Dried them out and they still halfway work. Volume buttons are dead but besides that they are functional. Bose are going to replace them because they are new technology and prone to failure. I didn't mention my son testing their water resistance.
