I just bought a 2016 Buick Lacrosse Leather edition that meets all your listed requirements. MSRP $37,235 paid $29,600 after $3000 rebate. Rebates end 1/31. Not many left in the La, TX, MS region.

Very quiet ride and very roomy front and rear seats. Super nice information/entertainment center. It is a pure pleasure to drive. The only knock on the car is a sizable blind spot due to a large rear pillar.

I averaged 27.5 mpg traveling at 78 mph interstate driving.

I love all the downvotes for the CLA250 despite it having just as good if not better stats than every car listed in this thread.

I personally don't like the front wheel drive, but it fits the mold for this.

The CLA is not a full size car. And neither is a bunch of the stuff listed I this thread.

Just picked up a Lexus Es350 for 39k. I think there's a lower model that might be had for 35. Otherwise, places were selling well equipped Avalons (same basic car) in that range. I get about 26 mpg, but it easily goes down if your foot is heavy. Extremely comfortable cars that get you from point a to b.

I guess it is listed as a midsize.

My bad.

This thread is interesting seeing what people consider full sized cars

Buick La Cross or Enclave. Impala is nice, too.
