My dad, 77 yrs old went to those cloud or on cloud shoes however you say it about a year ago and never looked back. He must have 10 pairs and loves them. He mainly wears shirts, but will wear jeans or some 5 pocket jean type pants occasionally and I have never been embarrassed to go anywhere with him the way they look with pants or shorts.

Not sure if they are considered sneakers but I love my Cole Haan ZeroGrand Stitchlite and I wear them like sneakers.
