We weren't allowed to have shite until after communion, and then it was usually the pink wintergreen Canada Mints.

Werther’s is the GOAT in the winter time. Soothes the throat to fight off a cough, and still tastes sweet.

Breath Savers for a minty crunch to fight off the coffee breath from the social time between Sunday School and the Service.

We have these soft mints at our church. You can occasionally find them on sale at Sam's in big buckets and they will last until the second coming if you buy several buckets at once.
