Belle Parking garage tailgate?

Headed to Laffy and noticed people tailgating on top of the BR belle casinos parking garage. Any idea why or what for?

Car show..rebellion on the river v
They had already put a deposit down before everything happened in br and back the blue car show was scheduled..he couldn't get his deposit back to change the show..then tried to work something out with the other show but that didn't work out..

It's the worst design of a parking garage I have ever been in.

The design was due to the small footprint of space they had for it. It was a bitch to build between the River levee, railroad, River Road, and a casino that never closed.
I agree the design sucks, but that structure is not going anywhere.
