That gravy looks bad, but if I'm ever in a hospice situation, I wanna be eating nothing but good old rice and gravy and unhealthy crap. When you get to hospice, there's pretty much only one way out. You might as well enjoy.

I cant say much. I have a healthy bmi, 5/11 190ish lbs, but I did just make fried pork chops which are finishing in a cajun gravy right now. Serving over rice, no veggies, and last nights buttered garlic bread.
