Given one, the mountains. Beaches get boring after a short while.

E. None of the above - Hawaii beaches

Mountains are nearby also although a little different than the Rockies, etc.

Both.

I could live someplace without a beach, but I can't live far from mountains now.

Good beaches are getting harder to find. Bai Dai in Vietnam was awesome at one time - nice sand and water and not many people around. My dad says it is now trashy and being developed.

I love the mountains in New Mexico, Colorado and Montana. I might change my vote from beach in a few years because I love isolated places.

My life goal is to live on the Valley of the Moon ranch in Montana. Very private, very cool house and art gallery.

Mountains because most of my hobbies and things I love to do require rock formations. Most people go to the beach and just lay around drinking and baking in the sun. That isn't really fun to me. Maybe if I knew how to surf or something I would dig beaches more

Rocky Mountains, duh.

I don't like hot weather so I avoid Fl. beaches, Caribbean, etc. Northern California, Oregon, Washington beaches are more my style if I'm going to the beach.

In my fat days I craved the mountains. Now that I'm close to being presentable without a shirt on after baptizing myself in Nair? Beach.

For me, it is the rocky mountaims, and the others are not even close...

Fly fishing the high mountain streams and beaver ponds around steamboat is something that I will always love.

I own a beach house in St Augustine so I have to go with A-Florida style beach. I bought that because it is close enough to use as often as I want.

I would have bought a mountain cabin if it were practical.

Mountains everyday. Own property in Florida and Colorado . I could have everything I want in Colorado bc of the awesome lakes there. Would sell Florida in a heartbeat. Fwiw I like lakes better than beaches. Less sand in my craw.
