Negative Ghost Rider.

Old house was built in the 70's. Bought it out of high school for 56,000 with termite damage. Put about $20,000 into it and all my own labor. Sold for $150'000 House was still as inefficient as a house from the 70's. Sold house because the neighbor decided to move and rent out his house to a couple of registered child pornograhy pedo's (not actually because of the trees).

New house 20x more energy efficient. No tree leaves and pine cones was an added bonus.

I have a river birch in my front yard. I hate that fricking tree. The only reason I haven't cut it down is because 1) my wife won't let me 2) it cost a fortune to have it cut down.

Main reason for hating it is because of the roots, but mainly because it drops limbs all over my yard during the fall and winter before it blooms in the spring.

Yea I never have worried too much about trees falling on the house. When the last hurricane came through I stayed in my house like normal, some friends evacuated and I thought they were overreacting, but while they were gone a huge tree fell on their house and demolished their kids room. I think the kid would have died if they had stayed. Now I’m thinking about getting my big trees that are close to the house removed.

That scares me more than leaning over a cliffs edge.
