I don't understand people that speed and slam on their brakes when they see a cop like it's not obvious.

Sometimes I catch up to a cop who is in the right lane and he's driving with a line of cars behind him, scared to pass.
I start the trend and just drive past the guy...and then the scared baws start to get bold...

These are the people that believe if they weren’t speeding when they passed the cop, then they are fine, not realizing cops (most anyway) have radars in the front and back.

BRPD has picked up this cool new method of parking their cruisers right in the middle of Perkins. It's really improved traffic

Ah the ultimate OT conundrum.
Send the cops after the guys in the left lane who are going the speed limit (but holding up traffic) or send the cops after the speeders.
