Calling battery powered anything electric is word salad. Much like the lefts changing the phrase global warming to climate change.
This is my point. It's semantics. I get it. IMO calling a Tesla an electric car implies something more than what it is. A charged up battery that will discharge and is not as powerful / strong / stable.
