How about you just stay at your house.

TDP elite is on both the girls side and the boys side. The boys play in MLS next, and the girls play in the GA. TDP elite is disbanding. It was a partnership amongst Louisiana Fire, BRSC and Krewe rush. Fire and Krewe wanted to pursue opportunities in ECRL (Boys/girls for Krewe and girls for Fire) and ECNL. (Fire Boys)
BRSC is becoming LESP for the girls and the girl side will continue to compete in the GA. No idea why they feel like they needed a new name and why they didn't; just compete in the GA under the BRSC name. The BRSC boys will compete in tier 2 of MLS next. It is a new tier in MLS next made mostly of clubs second and third teams.
TDP boys will mostly go to back to Fire to compete in ECNL because the very large majority of those boys were from New Orleans. TDP girls will stay in Baton Rouge and continue the GA under the LESP name because the very large majority of those girls were from Baton Rouge, especially at the younger ages

That is interesting TDP is going to leave MLSNext, but I get it. My kid is with the Dallas Hornets in same division as TDP and it is brutal. I think our SoS is in the 20s nationally now, but has been in the top 10 at on point. FC Dallas, Colorado Rapids and Houston Dynamo are usually legit, then you also throw in Sporting Kansas and Austin FC.
There is another Colorado team coming next year and Tulsa, OK. We will see if they re-balance the divisions.
Hopefully the ECNL switch will be better travel for you. Besides the tough division, TDP was pretty screwed with travel. Your closest away game was Houston, and then had road trips from the Mexican border to Denver Colorado, and north to Kansas City.

We will be trading in Houston, Austin, Dallas, Kansas City, and Denver, for Nashville, Birmingham, Memphis, Chattanooga, Knoxville.. It seems like that may be an advantage from a travel standpoint, but we are losing our direct flights. The biggest advantage is not having to drive to Baton Rouge twice a week for practice. We’re also looking forward to be able to compete in every game in that conference instead playing all these academies mostly shorthanded because of the travel
Good luck this weekend and safe travels. I’ll be out there.

FYI, The games just got moved to Lamar Dixon in Ascension Parish. You’re still good at that Renaissance on Bluebonnet. Your certainly not gonna want to stay in Ascension Parish. It was moved because of the rain and there’s turf field there.

I’m a 5-7 minute drive from there in a very nice neighborhood. Make me a good enough offer and I’ll vacate the house for you to come and stay.

Kid has a game coming up against Louisiana TDP Elite soon.
They are the Central Park Rangers of the pitch!

Most of those places along highway 30 are decent for one night or two. Plenty of food and entertainment along that stretch in Gonzales. We at those fields for the Jambalaya Cup and was in awe of how busy that area is now at night.

Why yall trying to get this dude killed?

This dude knows his shite. Gonna be interesting how it all plays out. I’d guess most of the Brsc Black players will make the LA Elite teams with a sprinkling of kids from Pards, Ascension Flight and surrounding clubs.

I’m hearing there’s bout to be a void in the 13/14 boys and girls academy players at BRSC….

Both good options. They are both close to the fields and pretty nice. Renaissance will have more places close by to eat etc in the evening.
