Sojourners
you're the first poster I've seen other than me who recalls that place. When I was in high school my older sister dated one of the guys who sold and installed the kick-arse sound system there. My girlfriend and I went there a lot. It was a pretty cool place.

Neither of those sound like it. It was 2000. Tried to order a beer and they told me they had no alcohol. Was pretty much just a place to do drugs

The old Chi Chi's building, next to where Fun Fair Park used to be. Had about ten different names. Complete trash mecca.

I love these threads.

They make me feel old as shite, but they bring up good memories.

Lisa and Randy were a little younger than me but we went to school together. Had another brother that is a musician.

Kevin was the brother. Whole family played something. Lisa was my first crush in elementary school. Wonderful family....still in touch with Lisa and Randy. Randy almost died last year in Peru from some freak illness. He has recovered though.

Correct...they also owned Electric Avenue and a few other big bars off College Drive. I forget the family's name. Their father used to buy A/C equipment from me.

That was a long drive having to go through Mississippi and, of course, we always hit the Alabama area when the shipyard shifts ended.

I could comment on every item you posted. Are you from the Old Goodwood area?
