Tax money at work. That 5 mil could be used to set up a homeless center and get read of some of these panhandlers. Or it could be used to clean up the nasty lakes. Or maybe set up a clinic in NBR. But nah mane we gotta get dat papa fo sneakas and weaves and to hire a lawyer for the child molesting kid
