If you're in need of cash at 3 a.m. you probably need it to buy more drugs. I don't recall what the max withdrawal amount is for an ATM but it's under $1K, well below the value of a human life.

Jesus, that’s the kind of ATM that you should only go to if you have a team of AR15 wielding dudes that can jump out and form a perimeter around before attempting to get a withdrawal.
