There's definitely more to what happened than what the woman said, but unless the guy totally disregarded the cop's orders and made a quick movement towards his gun, then the cop definitely f'ed up.

Well, she's calculating enough to be filming on Facebook seconds after gunshots which would leave most people in a car dazed from the noise. Ever been in car when a gun goes off? No? It's fricking loud.

You know, good thing she did stream it live so that it can't be deleted, it's been saved by probably every major news outlet, because cops never tamper with evidence and delete videos and stuff right. You wanna know some cold hard truth man, you damn near half to film every single interaction with cops these days for reasons just like this.
