Does anyone ever tell him to go frick himself and find another chair? I wouldn't give up my seat because some dude walked up and said it was his
Yeah and he'd get pissy and find another seat until that one opened up. I wouldn't be shocked if someone went to the bathroom and he just sat there and didn't move

Can you please provide some proof of this so called harassment charge? No such thing.
Harassment, under the laws of the United States, is defined as any repeated or continuing un-consented contact that serves no useful purpose beyond creating alarm, annoyance, or emotional distress.
Harassment charges are usually a misdemeanor, but that classification does not negate the seriousness of a harassment charge. Harrasment charges do not punish conduct but instead punish certain types of alarming or annoying communications.

the only reason they're banning him is due to the major outcry the blacks
Finally after all that marching we got some power, bitch. Who else is trying to get banned?

You just jogged my memory of a GREAT classic Ice-T track, The Tower about prison life.

You see the Whites got a thing
The call White pride
The Blacks got the muscle
Mexicans got the knives...
...They call me a lifer
Cause I'm good as dead
I live in the hole, so the floor's my bed
And I ask myself again
Who has the power
The Whites? The Blacks?
Or just the gun tower

A manager at Sammy's Grill, Andy McKay, said "we do not want Judge Erwin's business anymore," adding that staff had been notified by the restaurant's owner, Sammy Nagem, that "we are going to be refusing his business." McKay said he couldn't speak to what prompted the ban, and messages left for Nagem weren't immediately returned on Wednesday.

Heaven forbid you go do some research to find out the truth instead of having someone like Gary spoonfeed it to you like all the lazy arse liberals these days.

I think you're confused about his post.

So where is the proof in that quote?

I'm not very fond of huge hypocrites. Dude lives in Shenandoah and has his business in S. Sherwood yet advocates for only N. Baton Rouge.
He also advocates for community policing.

You can refuse service to anyone you want. This was the final straw for him and they can do it regardless of the outcome.

WTF that is pretty lame even for you.

And what is wrong with that?

maybe because he has little education and no reputable experience at anything, all the while attempting to divide the city of Baton Rouge and start a race war all in order to personally profit?
that would be a good place to start.

you know he promotes hate right? he is never going to unite races

Conspiracy theory:
It seems like the judge's attitude/behavior at Sammy's is well-known. This woman sitting around 2 hours "waiting for a table" seems a little excessive and makes me wonder if she wasn't just hanging around that area waiting for the judge to get up but only got the opportunity to get the seat next to him after the lyft driver got up. Could someone have told her to be there and find a way to cause a scene with him? Could she have done it on her own for her own reasons? All this seems a little too convenient for GC and his agenda, and he was certainly ready for it.

I think if he was more solution based and trying to find ways on bringing people together instead of trying divide them more he would be looked upon more favorably.

you asked for an answer and i gave you one. I was fairly confident any answer i gave you wouldn't suffice.
