It is highly potent at extremely low doses. A little goes a long way. And yes it’s enough to kill that many people.
Idk why people get upset about this. We don’t want fentanyl flooding across our southern border. Again, destroying this country without ever having to actually fire a shot at us.

Doubt he’s cutting the meth with it, prob just selling both. Plenty of people smoke and shoot fent these days. Fent is very deadly but the scare tactics news stations love to spit out are largely overstated

Yeah it makes sense because if you look at the photo you’ll see the glass pipes that have been confiscated so you would assume he was selling rock meth.
