The office wasn't bad around 2009-ish.
Had live bands, good music, and the crowd wasn't nearly as shitty

Yes it was. You were just one of the douchebags that happened to like it.

They need to gather them all there with the lure of a really big party with the douchiest DJ in the area, advertise only at gyms and tanning salons, then bomb the event.
I'm in. Maybe just drill a deep hole to the core of the earth, then take the floor out from underneath them at this joint when signaled, and let them disintegrate into the molten core of the earth. Fill in hole. Fin.

The Office is the only place I have ever been to in my entire life that held people behind the red rope from going in....when there were six people inside. I walked in, got a retarded expensive drink, chugged it, and dropped my glass down the stairs as I walked out three minutes later

Frick, I liked Breakroom - they just didn't manage it right and it was impossible to tell when they were open/closed/rented out to private party.

Calling everyone douchey is douchey.

Yeah I liked break room as well, but I've been going downtown less and less anyway

I'd rather sandpaper a bobcat's arse than go to City Bar or The Office.

Honestly, I enjoyed going there on occasion. There really weren't nearly as many meathead douchebags as one would think. Always more than a few nicely dressed try-hards, of course, but they were mostly in slacks and button-ups. The women there were always of a high caliber in my experience. Great bar for taking in the scenery
Sorry it wasn't "Bogie's" downtown.

quote:Yep. Went with a group of people a few years ago after a Christmas party, already drunk as shite. We were standing in line to get in, thinking it was just your usual back-up at the door. A minute or so later, some douchebag in emo glasses comes out, points to a couple of girls, and lets them in. I immediately put my arm around my wife, and said, "We're getting the frick out of here. This isn't fricking Miami." That was my one & only experience with that shithole.
