I am coming in town tonight from Houma for a rehearsal and was wondering the best way to get to Downtown BR with the Memorial taking place today. I wont be leaving Houma till about 5pm so maybe the traffic will be better by then but was looking for a plan B. I will be stopping at Embassy Suites first to check in before heading downtown so any help is appreciated. If I get caught up in traffic, so be it, it is for our fallen brothers in Blue and I can deal with traffic any day for these guys putting themselves in harms way to protect us. TIA

download the WAZE app.

It will take local traffic conditions into account and give you the best route to your destination at the time you are leaving
