The problem with our airport is the limited service available with a small handful of air carriers for non-competitive fares. Who cares about a new hotel in Scotlandville? It is not a mystery that people fly in and out of New Orleans instead. Maybe the ground connections to the new MSY terminal will be so bad that people in BR will be forced to use BTR, but I hope not.

I’ve traveled all over the US for work, and graduated from LSU. BR by far has the most hostile service of anywhere I’ve been, and that includes NYC and Joisey. It’s almost like cashiers in BR don’t want your “biznass”, whereas they feel like they’re doing you a favor ringing you up. It’s truly one of the oddest fricking phenomenons I’ve ever seen.
Owners truly can’t be that oblivious to this occurring
