That would be a waste of money.

Wouldn't that be over serving someone?

Ive brought my own bottle to certain disreputable establishments before

Do you realize how much that bottle is gonna cost you??

Never asked for it, but had them do this at Kenton's. Left some pretty high end bourbons. Might explain why they aren't in business now.

I've seen certain establishments that have a regular sell a bottle near cost and it was consumed on site by many.

Roux house used to give you a free bottle of liquor on your birthday. Good times

Me and a buddy of mine have done it a few times

Me...it’s frowned upon...had to give a big tip

I’ve been in some shady package liquor/bar places where the only way to get a whiskey drink is to buy a bottle and a couple of cans of coke.

A bar I go to here sells high end whiskeys by the bottle and keeps them on a separate shelf, then they just charge you by the pour.

Not the bourbon I drink... too much $$

I ordered a double neat Scotch at Barrellproof this weekend and the bartender left the bottle without me asking him. Did that mean that I could finish it off or was he just giving it to me to look at?

Did it in the early 70s at Southdowns. Wild Turkey. Me and best bud killed it in a couple hours

The person drinking should be responsible for their own consumption.
