This is what we do. Typically a combo of gift cards to places she likes equal to one cleanings pay.

my view is they are doing regular work for you then they are like subcontractors so you should give a holiday bonus.

i think whatever you pay them, if they do good work, double it or just give an extra check for that amount for a christmas bonus. if you pay on a monthly basis it gets a little harder since you may not want to give a months extra pay so in that case i might give half the monthly amount as a bonus

i wouldnt go over that what you normally pay unless she is hot and gives you happy endings when wifey is gone
