There were 2 flooded cars on the northbound lane when I drove by around 9:00. The southbound lane had vehicles going both directions but the cars had water up to their hoods so those people were dumb. My truck nuts were submerged.

Those Bluebonnet underpasses have flooded in a hard rain ever since I was a kid (so 30+ years ago). When I was about 12, I was going somewhere with my father, it was storming,
and saw a guy hydroplane under the tracks and wrecked. We read later the guy died in the hospital.
