Nah. He’s fighting for attention and relevancy.
His neighbors are fighting this as well. There's a group of people there that think no one should own any of the beach.

Seems like he needs some cameras to show the cops they trespassed. The cops then should cite them.

I just watched video. The chairs are set up pretty close to the water and there is seaweed behind them implying the high tide line
He needs to stop being a bitch
The bigger issue would be where the people are accessing the beach to set up behind his place.

Private property extends to the mean high water line which is not wide at all.
Wider than you think. Generally 30 feet or so from water. They always overestimate how far property extends

They are walking a long way across public beaches just to frick with these people in this neighborhood.

Then he should frick with them right back

Well they are usually less crowded.

30 feet? Well that’s plenty of room to set up. Hell I usually set up within 10 feet of the water.

His property manager did and the woman claimed he threatened her with his umbrella drill. She called the cops.

If people are trespassing on his private property and the sheriff refuses to enforce the law, why wouldn't you sue the sheriff?

Apparently this is a pretty big deal there. It made the local news. Video in the link.

A) it’s not Pensacola, he lives on 30A
B) the property deeds in Walton County/30A in some cases were written to extend far closer to the water than in other places
C) a few property owners including Governor Mike Huckabee sued to keep tourists and anyone else off “their” beach and it negatively impacted tourism as people couldn’t access the water due to new restrictions on where chairs could go
D) the state of FL finally stepped in via legislation and pushed back the lines to a more consistent depth so tourists could again enjoy the beach
E) this twat hired private security with a power drill to chase people away from in front of his house and is now suing some random woman he’s having beef with in addition to challenging the new legislation and as a result he and his wife are massively disliked locally

And Walton County lost their suit against the property owners.

people walking along the beach behind your house isnt illegal
yep, I have a friend that has a "private beach" just a couple of miles from there, the ordinance says something to the effect that the owner can't prevent people to traverse the beach to get through, they just can't set up their trashy panhandle bivouac there, keep it moving!!

It sucks when you pay for chairs and trash sets up right in front of you.
It’s worse when idiots who pay for chairs (or the people renting the chairs) think that they own the beach.

Get out there before the they do. It's just dick to go set up basically in the water in front of people.

if you are renting a place with a private beach you have the right to boot them, or have then booted off the beach

Maybe I misunderstood your post. Are you talking about the chair companies setting up somewhere other than in front of condos?
