usually i come to TD for quick answers but i can't tell who is telling truth .and who is a smart arse.... i would love to have better the ezra but i know they were there 2 years ago so doubtful. anyone actually know who will actually be there

I've ridden Bacchus for nearly 10 years and the historical lack of good entertainment at the Ball is one of the most disappointing aspects of the experience for me--aside from the Brennan political BS, of course. I've begged to join the entertainment committee every year for the last few years, but have been repeatedly told there's a small group of old guys that "can handle it".
This is the 50th Anniversary Year, so the Board voted to add an additional $250(?) fee for the occaision...
I know that Endymion has more members. I know they can sell more tickets bc their Ball is in the Dome. I know they have a much higher entertainment budget. All that being sad, I was still hoping Bacchus would step up for this year. But I doubt it.

Wise Guys (LINK will open the evening prior to the parade arrival. Huey Lewis will perform immediately once the parade is in, followed DJ Roonie G (LINK (returns from last year) and cover band Liquid Blue from San Diego (LINK Doors open at 6:30 pm and music starts at 7 pm, parade arrives at 9 pm
