I'll be honest, this is one of the dumbest thread concepts and OPs I can remember. So because a shortened nickname merely exists in some time and place (fricking Miah for Jeremiah) then it's not a legit 3+ syllable name? There's a ton of names in the thread that their full version is far more common in speech than some dumbass nickname the OP responded with.
