If only they'd add the line..."I'll just put the tip in"

Wow. Just, wow. This is why women don't come forward after being raped. Slut-shaming: nature or nurture? I used to think it's the latter, but after attending multiple seminars on consent and rape in western culture, I'm beginning to think it's the former.

Benzos and all kinds of other shite were around before roofies.

"Roofies" aren't just drugs in drinks. Rapists have all sorts of tools at their disposal to help them rape, suggestive dialogue, unwelcomed advances, physical violence, prolonged eye contact. These are all methods by which privileged white men rape women every day.

If this song isn't outlawed before Christmas, it will be worse than the holocaust.

Keep the words the same, just swap the male and female lines.
No one will care anymore if the female is suggesting sex, problem solved.
It would actually probably turn into an empowering female Christmas song.

Women don't need your permission to become empowered and your suggestion otherwise is beyond offensive. Why don't you take your privileged attitude and keep quiet about issues that you can't understand?

You're wrong. Everyone needs my permission for everything.
