I really have no problem at all with the dealership and salesman making a fair profit. What I find distasteful is the many thousands of dollars that tend to show up after the deal is done and the price agreed upon.
I also feel no need to haggle over price. Simply state your asking price and if I don’t like that price, I will simply buy elsewhere.
