How does someone wearing gloves while dropping off packages in Austin during this time raise no red flags? Is that a common thing to do?

I just looked and traffic is backed up from southernmost Round Rock, nearly to Georgetown.

KXAN-TV in Austin reports that two cargo vans chased the bombers car, stopped in a shootout while stopped on the freeway, then he was shot to death. A device was removed from car and detonated. Bomber apparently in jeep.

In defense of the FedEx guy he dropped the bombs off Sunday, prior to that none of the other bombs had gone through a mail service.

Other way around. The guy smoking at the red roof Inn said he heard an explosion but no gunfire. Apparently the guy blew himself up and then a cop shot him.
