Oh we are all just racist. It took 4 pages to play that trump card. Lets not put history to the science test, thats racist. 
Hey Im not saying people weren't killed or persecuted, all Im saying is when put up against forensic test and common sense the stories don't hold up. The amount of people killed, how they were killed doesn't add up when you apply science and logic.

it is estimated he killed 20 million.
but that doesnt make sense. so it couldnt have happened.
it also is ridiculous to think humans would fly into buildings and kill about 3000 people. I cant fathom that. therefore, that didn't happen either

Look think of me what you will but truth is what I strive for in history and if this debate makes me look racist then thats the price of wanting truth. I dont go looking for this counter research out of hate but out of curiosity.

I want to know all sides of history as well. the more we know the more we can learn and grow from it.
but to discount obvious decimation of human life is not something I condone, it shows ignorance and is quite appalling

Just stop. There was never any genocide by the Germans.
The facts are almost all death camp numbers have been revised to nothing that isn't easily explained by the fact Germany was being bombed to oblivion and transport to the camps was made impossible by the allies. The only "death camp" still being officially used is Auschwitz. The official number at the end of the war was 4,000,000 million dead jews. Now it is officially between 900,000 and 1,000,000 dead jews at Auschwitz. Just like that we brought 5,000,000 jews back to life. There will be people say yeah but they were killing jews out in the fields. The Germans stopped the local populaces from killing "bolsheviks" as revenge even though they had been genociding people since they started the soviet union.
The only reason this lie still gets spouted is because in most of Europe it is illegal and you will go to jail for saying six million jews didn't die even though the official numbers do not add up anywhere close to it.

It says something that even here on the OT, a very non-sanctimonious board, simply questioning any aspect of the Holocaust—not whether it happened but details of it—gets people riled up.
I don’t know how many people, Jews or otherwise, were killed in concentration camps but I’m not going to get upset if someone asks the question.
Anyone with a passing interest in history realizes that we have significant gaps in our knowledge of historical events.

"Common sense" " doesn't make sense"? Nothing about the Holocaust makes sense & there can be no common sense re what horrors occurred during the Holocaust. The large majority of the SS leaders of the killing squads in the East were doctors, professors ; i.e. above-averaged educated, cultural men. Yet, at Babi Yar in the Ukraine one such intellectual ordered 30,000 Jews, men, women, & children, down into huge ravines where they were all murdered bu gunshots over a period of days.Where does common sense come into play? As part of the Auschwitz museum there are huge warehouses full of nothing but hundred of thousands of children's shoes. How does that make sense? Does that sound "plausible"? Is any of this logical? Yet it all happened as confirmed by scientific fact & overwhelming evidence. Just curious, where do you think all those millions of Jews in Poland went to when they vanished from Polish life?

If you have video on demand. History channel had a 2 hour documentary with colorized video and interviews with some survivors including the woman that was born in the concentration camp.

The Germans took everything they owned including clothing and shoes to be searched for hidden valuables

What exactly are you laying out for us? Are you saying that the Nazis didn't round up Jews and eventually decide to murder them when they decided that they could no longer feed them?

Re those "revised numbers....900,000 to one million": The Nazis murdered 400,000 Hungarian Jews in Auschwitz in the final mths of the war alone. Historical fact confirmed by the commandant of Auschwitz himself in his post war memoirs and by Adolf Eichmann. So ..by your numbers, in the previous 4 yrs they only murdered .....??? Yea, ok.

It’s kind of nuts to me that anyone would try to pull off a gotcha moment with something like “man, that 6 million number is way off. You’re being lied to. It was more like 900k to a million. You don’t want to see the truth.”
To remind the class, those numbers are people being executed for merely being born a Jew. It’s pretty nice to sit here and have these conversations in our very safe 2020 world I guess.
