Anyone getting emails about this? I got one from Kroll Settlement Admin. We gonna get paid or hacked?

It is legit. There are two different lawsuits. One of them has two tiers, a lower and a higher. In order to get the larger payout you have to prove your damages.

I've had ATT cell service for exactly 30 years now. How in the world could I not be included. (I've checked and can't find an email)

Its a double hack. Since they stole your info they changed your default email to themselves. Hacker claims hacked and gets paid.

I wonder if I could draft some receipts to declare loses of pain and suffering for the numerous telemarketer calls I get through psychiatric visits, credit monitoring services I may pay for, and attorney on retainer from Dewey, Cheatum & Howe for identity theft issues.

I entered my claim info. FWIW, you don’t have to enter any bank information for payment. They have options such as Venmo or Zelle.

The time and effort to do that aren't worth the reward.
