ATT Cell issues in Baton Rouge?

Anyone having issues? Internet running slow. Getting a bunch of text messages at once. Had this issue yesterday and today.

I wasn’t messages a few days ago, they were being sent to my email for some reason. I reset network settings and it fixed the problem for a little while. I’ve had to do it a few times
