In 2018 Judges blocked the attempt by one President to stop another President’s executive decree/memo which was also done without enough notice in 2012 (or by act of Congress). Supremes decided not to rush into reviewing their decisions (i think it’s coming in November).

I guess this guy’s 2 previous arrests this year did not trigger an immigration hold because he was not yet “convicted of a felony, significant misdemeanor or three other misdemeanors, or otherwise pose a threat to national security” making him still eligible for the 2012 memo’s immigration enforcement discretion and therefore to be in the country to kill an innocent American college student.

These judges ignoring the law just because it’s Trump have to be held accountable as well even if it takes an amendment to take away lifetime appointments.

Huh? He was arrested for those crimes. I’m not sure what you’re trying to say here.
