We had an issue at the junction box when it would rain hard. It was corrected.

Nope. Have had one? Outage for a half a day in 5 years that they paid me back the cost for the day in.

Damn, might have to check the wiring to the house then. It’s gone out for an hour or two recently this last week

Fiber is either connected or not.
Call them on their shite. They should be able to tell you what’s the matter.

Call them the next time it goes out….they can tell you if there is an outage in your area. Last time this happened to me, it was the Wi-Fi router, which they replaced.

Had one outage for a day and a half when the garbage truck broke the line coming into the house. Thats it in 4 years

ATT Fiber for over 8 years now, never an outage, stayed lit even post hurricane with no power at the house for over a week (Genny -> UPS -> ONT and other networking gear)

I've had 3 outages in last 2 weeks in Rayvegas
1 - Wife cut the line with a shovel. (they fixed that day)
2 - Another company cut the fiber (26 hour outage)
3 - Today for 20 minutes...resetting modem fixed the issue (but I think it was just waiting a few min for them).

They should have to go collect all those cables that are no longer used. I cut mine off the house.
