Grab a 2015-2017 tundra at around 100k miles.

Good place for age vs value in that range.

There's a point when repairing it no longer becomes cost-effective, and that may look different for different people. I can do most maintenance and some repairs by myself, so my threshold is probably not the same as someone that can do all types of repairs themselves. You would also have to take into account what would your next vehicle be? Another beater? Going to the dealership to finance a brand new one? All different situations.
