Contact HR or the district manager and state your case be sure to mention that you have spoken to the current management several times about it, be able to document, and that you are feeling threatened in the workplace.

Sorry to the OP for their trouble at work... I have to ask the user 777tiger why he suggested telling the police that the perp has a pitbull inside of his car. What would that do? Do you mean tell the police he stole the pitbull?

Problem with that is... Jail and arrest. Now I mean it's only $500 to bond out on a battery charge. So as long as you don't go too far you are okay. Then at worst you usually only get 6-months unsupervised and anger management classes. It's not bad. But do note. If this guy is a dealer and you do best him, he may try and get your info from his "friend" and come frick your shite up at your house.
Quitting is easy, yes. Confronting will make your balls seem bigger. But if you win, you may still lose, and if you lose you will feel like shite and be out a job.
