You will notice that the crabs are from Louisiana. We supply Maryland with Blue Crabs.

It's like creole food in NOLA.
Lots of great local places that do awesome... lots of crappy tourists traps that suck at it.
Went to a wedding in Baltimore a few years ago and the groom took us to Schulz's... was pretty good

It's true have seen "Chesapeake Bay Crabs" Shipping trucks backed up at commercial crabbing docks in more than 1 Louisiana fishing town.
