Why does Range Rover use plastic clips on the coolant hoses?
Just had all mine replaced with metal after one broke.

I would change transmission fluid filter by dropping the pan. Also rhthe e dexcool in the coolant system has to go. Replace it totally with premix 50/50 green antifreeze

Okay, so my truck has over 250,000 miles on it (GMC1500HD 2003) and Im going to ride it until it dies. Well, I currently have an oil leak and I'm pretty sure it's the rear main seal. Now, I want to fix it and keep the truck going, but I also don't want to pour any more money into the truck with this much mileage in it anyways. So my question is, if I put it in my wife's butt, can I go back in the vagina? Or will that be a no go for sanitary reasons?

shite like that aggravates the frick out of me.
We had a Lincoln that had a plastic piece, regulator I think, inside the door that broke causing the power windows to not work. Part was about $60.
That's just one example off the top of my head.
But why the hell they have a cheap arse part like that in an above average car, makes no sense.
A Suzuki would be one thing, but a Lincoln, or in your case a RR, should have higher quality parts.

Thanks.
The vehicle had regular maintenance done to it up until her Dad died a cpl years ago and then it has set up more than it has been used. It runs too good to set up and ruin. I just want to keep it running good and get the AC fixed most importantly.
Bookmarked.

I just went from the stink to the pink. After all, when I pushed her out the door with cabfare, she was heading your direction and I didn't give a frick about the aftermath.

Show us on the Hot Wheel where the mean ole mechanic touched you.

Yeah, when the shop called me an told me to head over because they had to show me what was wrong I was worried. I assumed I'd killed the motor or something major had happened. They just wanted to show me in person the shitty clips that were on there.

What color antifreeze is the best?
Posted on 3/10/17 at 8:50 pm to meauxjeaux2
two questions:
1. 2005 chevy Silverado oil pressur gauge stays pegged out. I am guessing the oil pressure sending unit is bad. how difficult is that to change?
2. 2014 ford explorer - got a recall notice saying I need to have the rear drag links changed. how long will that take once they get the vehicle on the racks....and are those parts usually in stock?

I was leaving mechanic after getting new master cylinder installed in 2012 tahoe. not even two miles away, i lose brakes, truck is RPMing at like 4000 but barely moving.
1. how does a new master cylinder frick up
2. now my truck has a low whine, just more noisy than before incident. acceleration feels different. result of above?

Really pissed off I missed first page of this thread because of a God awful tinder date.
My first question of what is like to be the king of LP now as opposed to this time last year because of the floods? I'm sure it must be draining...
