Honestly it depends on the girl's personality. Most of my sisters are more demure than my wife.
Some of it, I think, is some black women choosing to follow the "sassy black girl" stereotype. And some of it is more personality driven than anything. A sassy white chick doesn't get labeled the same way even though she may act similarly.

I was forced to go to a public school my senior year of high school and every black guy asked me 2 questions...just to make sure you're black do you know the questions they asked?
