Well in fairness, New York was getting ready to add a ton of jobs until one of their congressional representatives helped put the kibosh on it.

Is anyone debating this? The article is simply about how the job growth america has experienced over the past decade can be deceiving because it's all concentrated in small parts of the country. If anything it's saying that it's not all roses when it comes to growth in the US, small cities aren't seeing the growth.

Jobs are concentrated in urban areas not rural areas.
