As a mid 40's male I often get to be an emotional wreck

Often times just watching a video. Also thinking back on old times. Wtf is wrong with me. I am a business man, very professional, always the one everyone leans on family and friends. I don't feel like I'm being stretched too thin but damn my emotional swings say otherwise.

Depression?
See a doctor. That’s no joke.

I'll be 42 in a few months and have certainly felt more mortal lately and worry about my family and health more than I ever have before. I suppose this is a normal part of aging?

Because life was better when dreams werent dead and buried.
Magic was real.
When sex was still dirty, and it was the air that was clean?

Just hang in there a few years. You'll come out the other side into the wonderful world of giving zero fricks.

I am the quentisential male. Very tough. Always on top of whatever things go wrong around the house. I'm at a loss as to what's going on.

You don’t have any antidepressants in your purse?

yes, it is, funny thing for me is I'm healthy as a horse but don't necessarily lead a super healthy lifestyle but as I get older I worry about the health of friends and family, not a huge fan of aging but I don't dwell on it

Watch Sula Kim on WDSU.
The blood will reposition itself for your feels to be of a different type.
(If you bat for the away team like me)
