I know that ours was checking temps and having patrons answer questions .. even I had to as an employee/contract. I do know that we had employees who went to Mardi Gras in NOLA -- not saying any of our employees have it at all but if we get any residents who test positive, that could be our method of transmission.

We're waiting on results from two residents tested.

A lot of sorry-arse nursing home owners have spent time in the Louisiana legislature.

A lot of the gumbopac donors are nusing home owners. That should tell you everything you need to know.

This person also has two negative flu tests. And the dr’s reason for not testing her for covid is, “she is an aspirator”. I’m not a doctor, but what would it hurt to test her? She is at high risk. Whatever...

I remember this vote. It was a raw deal then, and tragic now. Another example of how our elected representatives look out for their lobby buddies before grandma. Shame on them.
