I'm thinking this is probably going to skew along age lines, but no I'm not. I'm 45.
I know where it is all the time, because it functions as both my home and work line, but I'm not staring at it unless I'm using it to either make/receive a phone call, play music on it if I'm not working or something, etc.
I'm in front of a desktop most of the day so the last thing I want to do is stare at a tiny screen when I'm done.
Oh...also don;t use Twitter much and will look at Instagram maybe once a day tops.

What's scary is every morning that I leave I say to myself, maybe even out loud I'm not sure, "phone,keys,wallet, checkbook" before I get in my truck. I guess it's a OCD thing.

I am because I love the information. I don't hardly play games at all. I'm constantly reading something from useless social media posts to history.
I've found that I can ween myself off of it pretty quickly though. If I don't have it for more than a few hours, I forget all about it.
