I think many are under estimating the effects of steroids on the food supply. The say, "you are what you eat" has never been so true.

Work in manual labor and ask this question. The answer is clearly now. I’ve hired some tough women but they are still limited overall.

Also look at the chickens you get at the store. Buy a whole chicken and look at them, and you see them plumped up big time. Also my dad's friend has chickens that run around outside and eats bugs/etc and the 'dark meat' is actually dark, unlike mass produced chicken meat. Also his eggs are so much different than mass produced chicken eggs too. The yolks on his eggs are a bright orange, compared to the yellow from store bought eggs.

Women do very well in things that require endurance, Ironmans, ultra marathons. In the last Hawaii Ironman, the winner in the male military category was a Navy SEAL, but finished behind about two dozen women
