On da zemp. Down over 60 lbs in a year, crush protein intake daily, lift a ton, muscles busting out of my sleeves, feeling great, way better health numbers.

God forbid they actually hit the gym to maintain the fast track weight loss big pharma provided them. Then again, going to the gym requires discipline, effort and skill which "non-fit" people don't have and therefore the need to take RX to be "normal and healthy"

Most that shite can be avoided if you just buy fresh produce and meats and grains and cook your own foods

Takes like 1 minute to make fresh salad dressing with no trash.

I send my kids to school with homemade chicken Cesar wraps while their friends eat uncrustables or lunchables — processed trash. People are lazy.
